“My friendship with Agnes is one of my biggest blessings. We have been best friends since middle school, and somehow it just keeps getting better! Running home to KD on bid day with Agnes is one of my favorite college memories. Riding to chapter together, being roommates in the Kastle, and going to date parties together has brought us closer than I ever thought possible. Agnes is always there for me when I need her, and never fails to make my day better. Whether it’s showing up for each other in big ways or just sitting in our living room together, I cherish all of the time I get to spend with Agnes. She has been my constant throughout college and is really my better half. Even though we have been friends for years, she continues to surprise me with her kindness and compassion. “First off… I think everyone here can agree we’ve been waiting for this moment for a LONG time. But seriously, Mary is so much more than just a friend to me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that having a friend like her is one of the biggest blessings in my life, and also something I probably take for granted way too often. Mary, you are one of the most caring, patient, and loving people I know, and you have shown that through the way you’ve loved and supported me over the years. Honestly, my little 4th grade self would be absolutely SHOCKED to know that we would end up at the same college, in the same sorority, living together for the past three years (going on four ☺️), and somehow still not be sick of each other. Being in this sisterhood with you has been one of the greatest gifts of my college experience. You have constantly supported me not only in Kappa Delta, but in every part of my life.
