This is a time to honor the work of the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) and Education Abroad staff in helping build a welcoming, supportive, globally engaged campus for students, staff, faculty, community members, and alumni. The MOSAIC Department offers a variety of programs designed for students to connect, learn, grow, and have fun! Whether you are seeking peer mentorship and deepened professional development or looking to be in community with other first-gen students- the MOSAIC has something for every part of your college journey. Programs are free for UCCS students and require registration to participate. Registration opens on Monday August 24th and closes on Sunday, September 13th. We're hiring 4 MOSAIC Peer Mentor & Event Ambassadors! The MOSAIC Peer Mentors & Event Ambassadors support students involved with MOSAIC through ongoing mentorship for a successful journey at UCCS! Mentors help students find community, develop their academic and leadership skills, and feel affirmed in their identity at UCCS. This role will also host and support multicultural community events across the MOSAIC department.
4 positions available | 50 hours at $20/hr for Peer Mentor Duties ($1,000/semester) | 25 hours at $15.89/hr for Event Ambassador Duties ($398/semester) | Position #: 27358536 or 27358537
