We are one week away from the Asthma ECHO relaunch next Tuesday, September 8!

Join us from 12 to 1 PM CT for the first session, featuring the didactic topic “Strategies for Implementing Asthma Best Practices.”

Missouri FQHCs screened 155,213 patients for health-related social needs according to data from the 2025 UDS report. That's 22.76% of health center patients. CHWs connect the dots between healthcare and additional patient needs.
