Last spring, the Mizzou Council on Family Relations (MUCFR) participated in a community collaboration event with Boone County Regional Library. MUCFR is based in the MU Department of Human Development and Family Science and is a student chapter of the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR), the premier multidisciplinary professional association for family science.

MUCFR showcased activities they developed for children ages 0-5 with funds awarded from NCFR. The parent-child activities they designed support cognitive and motor skills and the event provided free books to families. MUCFR members enjoyed using their knowledge and skills to connect with our community: We hope you enjoy these photos of the event!
