Today, we are spotlighting one of the recipients of the 2025 Student Success Research Grants! Zo Sediqi, Ph.D. is the Associate Director for Employer Relations and Experiential Education at the University of South Carolina Career Center and an adjunct faculty member with the University of South Carolina’s College of Education.

β€œAgility–Foundations–Differentiation (AFD) Model offers a new understanding of employability in a rapidly changing workforce,” said Sediqi. β€œDrawing on insights from higher education leaders, employers, and workforce experts, the study proposes three interconnected dimensions: developing the agility to adapt to rapid change, building strong foundations, and cultivating meaningful differentiation.”
