After reviewing many outstanding submissions, weโ€™re very excited to announce the winning proposal for the 2026-27 Paul P. Fidler Research Grant!

Congratulations to Jordan Bullington-Miller, Ed.D., Ellissa Brooks Nelson, Ph.D., Paul Holliday-Millard, Ed.D., and Mark Manning Jr., M.A. and their proposal titled โ€œAt the Crossroads: How Student Affairs Engagement Across Four Critical Transition Points Shapes Student Successโ€! All four members of this team represent the University of North Carolina at Charlotte!

This $10,000 grant is awarded annually to faculty, staff, and graduate students who plan to conduct research on issues of college student transitions.
