A few quick reminders to make picking up your mail a little easier:

📬 Address your mail correctly: Include your full name, USC Mail ID and the correct mailing address. You can find your Mail ID in my.sc.edu (https://my.sc.edu) under Student/Authorized Users → “View Campus Mailing Address and Mail ID Number.”

📧 Check your USC email before heading over—this is where you’ll receive your package notification and tracking number as well as directions for where to pick up your package: Blatt PE Center or the Russell House Basement.

📱 Open your barcode before you arrive! Wi-Fi can be spotty in the lower level of Russell House, so having it ready will help keep the line moving.

⏰ Package pickup is available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., and is closed on weekends.

📅 You have eight days to pick up your package once notified. After that, it will be returned to sender.

🚗 Using same-day delivery? Have it delivered directly to your residence hall and plan to meet the driver to receive it. Postal Services cannot accept same-day deliveries.
