This summer, the University Advising Center hosted the inaugural Institute on Advising Leadership and Innovation, bringing advising leaders from 19 colleges and universities to USC for three days of shared learning.

Rounding out our celebration of USC Advising Award winners is our 2025 Outstanding Advising Administrator, Dr. Nora Dragovic. Nora leads a team of over 40 academic advisors in the McCausland College of Arts and Sciences.

Nora's nominator shared, “She fiercely advocates for our college's UAAs, using her creativity, intelligence, and strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges with ease. Her understanding nature and unwavering work ethic inspire trust and confidence across the team. Above all, Nora is a joy to work with, making our workplace stronger and more supportive every day.”

This year's award winner, Cierra Pinckney, embodies these elements in her daily work with students in the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management - USC.
