We had a GREAT time at the Mizzou Rehab Sciences Tailgate on Saturday! We got to mingle with students old and new, decked out in our best Tiger gear. Congratulations to our two alum ticket winners - Kennedi Keyes and Emily Romain (who flew in from Arizona for the festivities)! Please join us in congratulating Elizabeth Kelley on being named the Mizzou College of Health Sciences' new associate dean for graduate studies, effective Aug. 1.

Kelley will lead the interdisciplinary PhD in Health and Rehabilitation Science program and provide support for graduate and professional programs across the college. She will also collaborate with campus partners to advance graduate education at Mizzou.

On Saturday, we got to throw our favorite party of the year - our hooding ceremony and graduation celebration for our Master’s students! These students have worked SO hard for the past two years in the classroom and the clinic as they prepared for their professional careers as SLPs. We are beyond proud to call these 27 young professionals our colleagues now! Cheers to the class of 2026!

Cheers to sending out 27 more SLPs! This Saturday, we'll be hooding our Master's class of 2026. These soon-to-be SLPs will be headed off to jobs all over the country, from hospitals to schools to rehab facilities. In just two short years, they have learned so much and we are beyond proud of their growth and determination! Here are some of our graduates and how they sum up their Master's experience.
