Happy 4th of July from the ISSS office! The 4th of July is an American federal holiday that celebrates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

On this day, the thirteen American colonies declared their independence from Great Britain, marking the beginning of the United States as an independent nation.
