The Student Nurses Association (SNA) lit up our community with a Back-to-School Donation Drive, stocking students at W.J. Keenan High School in Columbia, SC with the supplies they need for a strong start to the year.

A huge thank-you to everyone who donated and helped put valuable school supplies directly into the hands of local students. Your generosity turned into real impact, and that's the kind of community spirit that changes lives!

Our SNA students showed up big for service, compassion, and community engagement, proving that a little action goes a long way!

Our Physical Therapist Assistant students recently participated in an exciting hospital-based in-service featuring the Rise and Walk system. Students explored how this technology supports safe patient mobility and helps patients begin moving earlier in their recovery. ❤️‍🩹

They also gained hands-on experience with several therapeutic techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and kinesiology taping led by local Physical Therapist Assistant Richard Nolasco.

Experiences like these allow our students to connect classroom knowledge with current clinical practice while building confidence and preparing for their future roles as physical therapist assistants! 🧑‍🦽‍➡️🦵🦿🧑‍🦼
