✨Senior Spotlight✨

Our last senior is Megan Bunkley! Megan is graduating with a degree in Dance Performance & Choreography with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management!

Favorite USC Memory:
“I remember walking into the first day of class with our slicked-back buns, pink tights, and black leotards. Since then, getting to dance with my best friends every day and finding a home away from home here has meant everything to me. The moments we’ve shared both inside and outside of the studio are memories I’ll always cherish.”

After graduation, Megan plans to move home and pursue a job in event planning while also continuing to teach dance! Congrats Megan!

This is Marsh Kral! Marsh is graduating with majors in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Dance Performance & Choreography!

Marsh is applying to graduate school to pursue her Ph.D. in biochemistry! Congrats Marsh!

✨Senior Spotlight✨

This senior is Amy Brooks! Amy is graduating with a major in Dance Performance & Choreography with a minor in Biology, Pre-PT track!

Favorite USC Memory:
“My favorite memories at USC was the Halloween costume contests with the dance company every year! Everyone dresses up and goes all out, it’s so fun and silly. I always loved seeing the creativity with what people would do. Laney and I are two time winners, going all out with our Adam Sandler costumes, as well as Duck Dynasty’s Phil and Si. The best part is the full commitment of still taking class in costume. We have some goofy moments, and it’s always such a fun way to get all the classes together!”

After graduating, Amy will be spending the summer in Columbia dancing with Columbia Repertory Dance Company. She will also be dancing as a company member for a professional ballet company starting in August! Congrats Amy!

This is Aliya Dalecki! Aliya is graduating with a major in Dance Performance & Choreography with a minor in Sports Media.

Favorite USC Memory:
“Jumping in the library fountain after the women’s basketball team won the championship!”

Aliya plans to move to a big city and audition for jobs in commercial dance. She also wants to look into completing her masters online while continuing to develop her skills in sports journalism! Congrats Aliya!

Our next Senior is Avery Gates! Avery is graduating with a Dance Performance & Choreography major with minors in Business Administration and Advertising & PR.

Favorite USC Memory:
“My favorite USC memory is choreographing my piece for Student Showcase this semester! Seeing something I am passionate about come to life and tell a story to the audience was an absolute privilege. Working with my insanely talented dancers was even more special. I will cherish my time I had with them and working on my piece!”

Avery will be interning with Dance& this summer creating social media content. She also plans to continue teaching dance while further exploring opportunities in marketing and communications. Congrats Avery!

Our next Senior is Alexandra Popovitch! Alexandra is graduating with a Dance Education degree!

“The hurricane football game Freshman year. When on a Thursday night everyone went from class to W***y B!”

She will be teaching elementary dance in Beaufort, South Carolina. She is looking forward to continuing her passion for dance and inspiring the next generations of dancers. Congrats Poppy!

This is Emma Casement! Emma graduated in December with degrees in Dance Performance & Choreography as well as Psychology!

Favorite USC Memory:
“My favorite memories have been performing in the Student Choreography Showcases! Creating memories and friendships with other dancers while getting to perform has been so special!”

Emma will be attending Vanderbilt University’s Human Development Counseling Master’s Program, focusing on mental well-being in performing artists! Congrats Emma!

This Senior is Molly Allen! Molly will be graduating with a major in Dance Education.

Favorite USC Memory:
“I have so many great memories at USC! My favorite one however, was getting to dance a duet with my best friend Laney Reel in André’s piece, “Warm Hearts and Hot Feet.”Getting to dance with Laney was something I’ll never forget and a moment, I will cherish forever. The friendships and relationships I’ve made in this dance company are so important to me and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Molly will be a dance teacher at Gregg Middle School in the fall! Congrats Molly!

Next up is Leah Parks! Leah is graduating with degrees in Dance Performance & Choreography and Public Relations as well as a minor in Business Administration.

“ Performing in Joffrey Ballet’s ‘Viva Vivaldi’ last spring with my friends!”

After graduation Leah is moving to Tampa to be a luxury event planner for Parties à la Carte! Congrats Leah!
