A foreign accent implies the person is smart enough to know two languages, and brave enough to do their job in the second.

Believe me, they are well out of their comfort zone and doing their absolute best to assimilate.

Instead of making them feel less than by highlighting their accent, support them, encourage them, and highlight their bravery."
