We are pleased to share that Columbia College has received a leadership gift from Barbara Bilger ’62 of Dallas, Texas.

In recognition of her extraordinary generosity, the College’s nursing program will be named the Barbara J. Bilger Family Nursing Program in her honor.

Barbara’s gift will fund life-changing scholarships for nursing students, making a Columbia College education more accessible while preparing future nurses to serve patients, families and communities.

This transformational commitment reflects Barbara’s confidence in Columbia College, our nursing program and the students whose lives will be changed through her generosity.

We are deeply grateful for her vision, trust and investment in the future of nursing education at CC.

For more than a century, Rogers Gate has welcomed generations of Cougars to Columbia College.

Dedicated in 1913 in honor of our third president, Joseph K. Rogers, it stands as more than a campus landmark. It's a symbol of opportunity, possibility, and the life-changing experiences that begin here.

Later this month, our newest Cougars will "Storm the Gate," taking their first steps through that gateway and beginning their own Columbia College journey.
