Alpha Phi Omega is a coeducational national service organization that provides it members the chance to develop leadership skills through service projects on their campus, in their community and across the nation. The Rho Theta chapter returned to Capital University in the fall of 2012. Alpha Phi Omega was founded in 1925 by Frank Reed Horton based on three cardinal principals of Leadership, Frie
