HGP loves the Columbus State University Archives and Special Collections ! Earlier today, Dr. Laura June Davis 's HIST 2111 class went to the Archives to explore and analyze some of the historic maps of the Spencer Collection to compare and contrast the competing empires of colonial America.

This summer, HGP placed a record number of 7 students in area internships at the National Civil War Naval Museum , National Infantry Museum , , and the Institute for the Study of the American Military Experience.

- 2 with the National Civil War Naval Museum
- 2 with the National Infantry Museum
- 2 with the U.S. Army Center of Military History - U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Training Support Facility
- 1 with the Institute for the Study of the American Military Experience (ISAME) at CSU
