The Ohio AgrAbility Program is part of a national program from the U.S. Department of Agriculture that promotes independence for people in agriculture who want to continue to farm after experiencing a disabling condition. The Ohio State University has partnered with Easter Seals to help bring this program to you at the local level. Our Program’s goal is to provide education, resources, and technical assistance to those individuals and their families so they may continue to be successful in agriculture.

It is with great sadness to learn of the passing of Dale Dobson. His contribution to Kentucky agriculture and farm rescue throughout the commonwealth and country is unmatched.

Dale taught the first farm rescue class we hosted in 1999 and a number of classes thereafter. Rest easy friend.

We would like to thank the Alpha Gamma Rho, Beta House for their donation!

At Alpha Gamma Rho, we believe in the future of agriculture-and the power of giving back.

On December 13th and 14th we hosted nearly 400 head of cattle and hundreds of families for our annual AGR Holiday Classic charity steer show.

Beyond the banners and buckles, we were able to give back:
- $5,000 to Nationwide Children’s Hospital through
- $5,000 to Ohio AgrAbility
- $730 to support Beta chapter alumnus Coltin Osborne
- $26,000 in payouts to exhibitors

A huge thank you to all exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers who made this event possible!
