Coastal Carolina University is located in Conway, S.C., only nine miles from the national resort and hospitality destination of Myrtle Beach. As a public liberal arts institution, CCU features seven academic

colleges, more than 115 undergraduate programs, and 30-plus graduate-level programs across multiple fields of study. A 1,105-acre tract on Waties Island, near North Myrtle Beach, provides a natural laboratory for marine science and wetlands biology studies.
