Beginning Fall 2026, Tennessee Tech will offer a Doctor of Philosophy in Integrative Biology program! The 60-credit-hour program takes a systems-based approach to biological research, preparing scholars to address complex biological questions across multiple scales.

The program emphasizes the interconnections between biological systems while providing students with sophisticated analytical tools and research methodologies. Students develop expertise in advanced experimental design, cutting-edge analytical techniques, and the integration of field and laboratory methodologies.

The 60 credit hours will include 13 core credits, 12 graduate elective credits, and 35 research and dissertation credits.

Beginning Fall 2026, Tennessee Tech will offer a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering!

The MS-ISE program is a 32-credit-hour program offered online or on-campus to accommodate both working professionals and full-time students. The degree can be completed in as little as 18 months!

It emphasizes breadth across industrial and systems engineering, with depth in data analysis and modeling, along with coursework in engineering economics, human factors and project or engineering management.

At the 12th Annual College of Education & Human Sciences Education Professional Appreciation Awards Reception, Dr. Anderson-Walker was nominated and took home the 2026 Faculty Teaching Award!

Etta Gaines, a student graduating this month with her master’s in counseling psychology, reflects on her journey with deep gratitude. Through the Fast Track program, she had the opportunity to learn alongside students further ahead in the program, gaining insight and encouragement that shaped her experience. “Being able to ask questions and hear what others wished they had known at the beginning truly made a difference for me,” she shares. She describes Fast Track as a meaningful and valuable program that can benefit anyone and encourages others to explore their options and apply. Wings up.
