The previously announced changes to TAG-eligible majors have been delayed by one year. This means the listed majors will remain TAG eligible for the upcoming application cycle (Fall 2027 applications for Fall 2028 admission).

The changes will now take effect for students applying during the Fall 2028 TAG application cycle for admission beyond Fall 2028.
If you're planning to submit a TAG application this year, the affected majors will still be available through TAG. Be sure to review admission requirements, complete required coursework, and stay on track with your transfer goals.

For community college students, summer sessions are a great way to explore new topics, get a feel for life in the UC System, and/or complete general education or major requirements prior to enrolling at a university. Many credits earned at UC Davis are UC-transferrable and count towards UC GPA. Plus, the application is FREE!
