Today was about more than basketball. Our ladies joined the entire Southwestern Athletics family for training, stepping outside of their comfort zones, challenging ourselves, and learning more about the people beside us!

We finished the day as a TEAM by talking through what we experienced, how it challenged us, and how we can take those lessons into our 2026-2027 season. Communication. Trust. Accountability. Being there for one another when things get tough. Proud of this group and the way they are starting to gel together.
