It is always bittersweet when our LWC students reach the end of their programs. I am overjoyed for them, but it is hard to let them go. We are family. Tears of joy and a little sadness fill my eyes.
These amazing, help-hearted, counselors-in-training have sacrificed and overcome incredible obstacles along their paths. They have reached their goal and I could not be more proud of and for each and everyone. They will no longer be our students, but colleagues and friends.

Congratulations to those earning their Bachelor of Arts in Human Services, with an emphasis in counseling, and to those earning their Master's of Education in Mental Health Counseling and Human Development. I can't wait to see the impact you each have on your world.

It's time for our 2nd Annual "Philip the Pig" project. Help us "fill up Phillip". Let's rally for LWC, practice the service we stand for, and raise funds for book scholarships for deserving students. 💙 Every current student will receive a piggy bank from his or her Coordinator as we approach our Malvina Farkle Fest. We have until November 8th to collect change. No gift is too small as every piece of change impacts change.
