It gives me great pleasure to announce my candidacy for the 9th East Texas State Director for the “Mighty” Southern Region of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. By nurturing our beloved sisterhood, lifting our voices as visionary women to be impactful in executing the strategies of our Regional Director and International Grand Basileus, and executing viable programs in the communities that we s

erve, we remain committed to the mission of our sisterhood and pride ourselves on working collectively to positively impact the lives of others. While we build on the past, it is critical that we continue to plan a future for East Texas, one which we will be recognized for the quality of work performed and the demonstration of a sincere commitment to the Southern Region. During the past twenty-five years as a member of this great Sisterhood, I have been entrusted with several leadership positions, whether elected and/or appointed on the national, regional, and local levels. I bring to this position a milestone of leadership experience such as Southern Region Youth Director, Life Member’s Director, Nominating Committee Member and Lambda Zeta Chapter Basileus, First Anti-Basileus and Second Anti-Basileus.
