We feel no business leader should have to choose between a candidate with an exceptional education or one with the heart of a servant leader—each is essential, and every single graduate should embody both.

Graham Kroll, a graduating senior at DBU, has left a lasting impact on his roommates, teammates, and the DBU community. He was recently honored with the prestigious NCAA Elite 90 Award for the 2025 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship. In addition, Graham received the President’s Senior Servant Leadership Award during Honors Day, recognizing his outstanding character and commitment to servant leadership.
