Dalton State is proud to celebrate a major accomplishment by Business Administration student Mariana Easley, who recently passed the CAPM exam!

Here’s what Mariana had to say about her experience:

“Passing the CAPM was a rewarding experience that showed me what I am capable of when I put in the work. Having people who believed in me helped me become more confident in myself and my abilities. My advice is to get uncomfortable and take advantage of those opportunities that help you grow.”

For Dr. Sweta Sneha, Dalton wasn't just a new opportunity—it was a community that welcomed her with open arms.

When Dr. Sneha arrived as Dean of the The Wright School of Business at Dalton State, she was immediately struck by something special: the people. From community leaders and business owners to new friends and colleagues, she found a place where relationships matter and where genuine care is more than a value—it's a way of life.

As an educator and leader, she's passionate about creating opportunities for students and strengthening connections between higher education and local industry. She sees firsthand how Dalton's commitment to workforce development, innovation, and collaboration is shaping the next generation of leaders while creating lasting impact throughout Northwest Georgia.

But what stands out most to her isn't just Dalton's economic momentum or beautiful surroundings—it's the generosity of the community.
