Hi Everybody! It has been two years since my second kidney transplant. Ever since high school, I have always wanted to run a marathon. I am excited to say that this dream will come true this January when I run the D***y Challenge at Disney World. It's four consecutive days of running: 5k, 10k, half marathon, and a full marathon for a total of 48.6 miles. As part of this adventure, I am raising money for Autism Speaks.

This Tuesday, July 14, we are having a fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse in Danbury. From 3-10pm on Tuesday, we will receive 10% of all food sales as long as you show your server the attached flyer. You can show it on your phone or print it, but you have to show it for the fundraiser to get credit. Bring your family and friends, and come have a fun night out! I will be there for a few hours that night, but you can come anytime between 3-10pm.

If you can't make it or want to donate directly to Autism Speaks, the link is below. Any little bit helps!

Thank you so much for all of your support!! I hope to see many of you on Tuesday!

Kidney disease has been part of our family's story for many years. Through Dylan's battle with IgA Nephropathy, dialysis, and two kidney transplants, we've experienced both the challenges of this disease and the incredible hope that comes from organ donation. On October 18, 2026, Team "Dylan's Journ...

Well, I’m back with another update, because Jackie and Dylan’s story just keeps getting better.

As I’ve shared before, Jackie gave Dylan her kidney. But more than that, she gave him something even greater, belief, strength, and a push forward when he needed it most. And today, he’s never been better. They’re building a life together in a new home, balancing busy days, and now… taking on something extraordinary.

Dylan hasn’t run since high school cross country and track nearly 20 years ago. Then along came Jackie with a challenge. Not just any challenge. They’ve signed up for Disney’s D***y Challenge next January. Four races in four consecutive days; a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and a full marathon.

And they’re doing it with one kidney each, and both of them are Jackie’s.

They’re also turning this into something bigger, teaming up with Autism Speaks and each setting a goal of $2,275.

So here’s my ask to friends and former colleagues:
If you’re able, please consider supporting them with a donation, or simply sharing their pages.

If you believe in angels, support Jackie: https://lnkd.in/eP5Tjxaf

If you root for warriors, support Dylan: https://lnkd.in/ep2whfdu

Grateful for any support you can give.
