The CVPA Campus Gallery is located on the main campus of UMass Dartmouth at 285 Old Westport Road, North Dartmouth. MA. Patrons are advised to use parking lot 7.

College of Visual and Performing Arts has a gallery on main UMass Dartmouth campus and collaborates with local partners in New Bedford, Fall River and elsewhere. College of Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA) at UMASS Dartmouth has two galleries: CVPA Campus Gallery in Dartmouth and University Art Gallery in satellite campus Star Store in downtown New Bedford. The gallery can be found on the first floor of the Visual and Performing Arts building (CVPA). Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday 10-4, Friday 10-3. These hours are through the academic year when classes are in session. The gallery is closed in the summer. All events in both galleries (including exhibitions, receptions, and lectures) are free of charge and open to the public. Contact: Viera Levitt, Gallery Director

A look back at the first felting demo with artist Anna Kristina Goransson on October 1, where participants learned the basics of felting and began creating individual pieces for a collaborative, site-specific installation in the CVPA Atrium.

Join us for the reception celebrating the completed installation on Wednesday, November 4, from 5–7 PM, outside the CVPA Campus Gallery.

A beautiful opening night for Tug and Pull ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the CVPA Campus Gallery to celebrate Anna Kristina Goransson’s exhibition and hear more about her work during the artist talk.

Tug and Pull is on view through November 30, 2026, at the UMass Dartmouth CVPA Campus Gallery, 285 Old Westport Road, Dartmouth, MA.

The reception for the site-specific work is on November 4, from 5–7 PM, at the CVPA Atrium.
