This is the final month for our mentorship program... help me fill our Pay What You Can Reiki Clinic schedule to celebrate! These wonderful souls have dedicated the last 6 months to serving our community, and now it's your turn to experience their gifts.

Last night the moon slipped into shadow, and it felt like it was timed just for me. Eclipses have a way of closing one chapter hard and clean, right before the next one opens... and this one landed on the exact night of my own transition.

Yesterday I saw my last client at Motherhood Matters, and tonight is my final Full Moon Harmonies in the space it was born. This weekend, Uplifted Energies moves into its new home.

Motherhood Matters gave me so much, it's where this whole journey started. Now I get to carry it forward into something bigger.

We want you! ✨

As we get the Uplifted Energies Wellness Center ready to open, we're choosing to furnish our space with secondhand and thrifted pieces instead of buying new. Better for the planet, better for our community, and honestly... more soul than anything straight off a showroom floor.

Right now we're on the hunt for:
🪑 Bookshelves
🪑 A buffet or console table
🪑 Kitchen storage options

If you've got something gathering dust that might be perfect for our space, or you know someone who does, send us a message! We'd love to give it a new home.

One thing I'm getting really excited about is decorating my new space...

I went to art school, so artwork has always mattered to me. Supporting our local community matters just as much. So when I looked around at all the wall space we have, I immediately thought... how amazing would it be to fill these walls with LOCAL art?

So, local artists... I'd love to see your work. Send me some images and let's talk about hanging (and selling!) your pieces in the space.

I am thrilled to finally start making announcements on who will be joining our Uplifted Community...

This first one is truly an honor. She was one of the first people I talked with about my business plan, and has guided me down this path in more ways than she'll ever know. She's also my yoga teacher training instructor, with 26 years of teaching under her belt.

Drum roll please... 🥁

Introducing the one and only Abigail Webster, a true yoga goddess. She'll be teaching Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30pm at the center, with hopes this quickly grows into a Monday-Friday offering.

Move. Breathe. Feel. An all-levels Vinyasa practice blending strength, mobility, balance, and a little play. Creative sequencing, room to explore, and full permission to make the practice your own. You don't need to be flexible or experienced, just a body and a willingness to move it.
