⭐ We asked: What is one thing you're grateful for during your time in school? I remember struggling a little in the program evaluation course and I reached out to Dr Wafa for further instruction. She took extra time out of her day to help me understand the material and I flourished after that. Also my practicum liaison were awesome, Angela, Melanie, and Elizabeth I thank you from the bottom to the top of my heart! I also had some awesome classmates, we bonded and helped one another get through!

⭐ We asked: What moment are you most proud of from your time in school? The moment I got accepted into the MSW program

⭐ We asked: What’s your favorite memory at SAU? I can be a jokester at times and I gave Dr Repp a hard time, but glad he has a good sense of humor.

⭐ We asked: What’s next for you after graduation? I will get licensed and enter the job market.

⭐ We asked: What's one lesson you'll carry with you from your time in school? Time is going to pass whether you're doing something or nothing so be productive with your time.

⭐ We asked: If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? Travis, finish school early because it's much harder when you have more responsibilities.

⭐ We asked: What's a challenge you overcame that made you stronger? I have been commuting to work anywhere from 100-170 miles per day and balancing a busy school schedule. It was a huge hurdle but I did it!!

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations, Travis!
We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish! πŸ’›πŸ–€

⭐ Name: Alison Foley
⭐ Hometown: Davenport, Iowa
⭐ Previous Degrees Earned: Bilingual Education from Western Illinois University

⭐ We asked: What's your favorite memory from your time at SAU? The connections that I made, they mean everything to me. I became good friends with a dear person who helped me in little ways along the way, and without him, I wouldn't have been able to get through.
⭐ We asked: What's next for you after graduation? I will be doing school-based therapy, spending more time in nature, and pouring more into my children.
⭐ We asked: What's one lesson you'll carry with you from your time in school? I won't forget the level of balancing it took me. It required a deep commitment to my goals.
⭐ We asked: If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? If I knew then what I know now, I'd choose differently. Time is of the essence.
⭐ We asked: What's a challenge you overcame that made you stronger? Managing it all alone; the childcare, the late nights of studying, the time crunch, it really developed my character and ability to navigate complexity with determination.

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations, Alison!
