Last night (02/26), students of APJ organized a prayer walk for immigrants and refugees affected in recent months in the United States. Members of and also joined in the walk to support the cause.

This is one of many student organized events to give awareness to issues that occur nationally and internationally.

Last Friday (02/16), students of APJ and members of the local Quad Cities community volunteered with Night to Shine at the Rogalski Center, here on St. Ambrose. It was hosted by St. John Vianney Catholic Church alongside other community partners.

This is one of our favorite nights of the all year where our students enjoyed serving and partying with our honored guests as well as enjoy the time themselves.

Last Saturday (02/7), students of APJ alongside members of and Accessibility Resource Center attended the Hand in Hand Chili Cook Off! Students enjoyed the time supporting Hand in Hand and their cause in empowering adults and youth of abilities for the future.

We also won 1st place for people's choice for non-restaurant chili as well as 2nd place for booth decorations!
