Today’s inaugural Manufacturing Workforce Expo was a huge success with all of the Broward Technical Colleges right at the heart of the event. Hosted on the campus of our sister school, Atlantic Technical College.
So many businesses and dignitaries attended. It was a truly fabulous event.

McFatterTech was recently placed into a precautionary Secure Code status, but was then given the all clear just minutes later.

As always, we thank our students and staff for responding appropriately to these events. The campus is secure and all clear at this time.

⭐️We are proud to announce that the Broward Technical Colleges (Atlantic Technical College, McFatter Technical College, and Sheridan Technical College) have been awarded nearly $2.47 million through Florida’s 2026–27 Prepping Institutions, Programs, Employers, and Learners through Initiatives for Nursing Education (PIPELINE) Program, representing the largest allocation received by any school district in the technical college sector.

Together, Broward Technical Colleges earned this recognition through strong Practical Nursing program completion rates and exceptional licensure outcomes that contribute directly to florida’s healthcare workforce needs.

Our next campus tour is Wednesday, August 26. We have CTE programs enrolling for an October 13th start and for a January 5th start. Additionally our Adult Education courses like ESOL, GED, and ABE/ASB have open enrollment year-round.

🎉🏆 The accolades and recognition keep rolling in for McFatterTech! Our school was recently ranked on the “Americas Top 250 Vocational Schools” list by USA Today. In fact, we were amongst the top 135 schools awarded 5 stars!

Great news for our Adult Ed students!!
ESOL/GED/ABE/ASB students - we have received a grant to help with tuition costs. Please be sure to talk to your Admissions Counselor when registering to see if you qualify. Funds are limited, so if you’re thinking about enrolling do so sooner rather than later so that you can take advantage of this money saving opportunity!
