Alpha Chi Omega at UC Davis We are the Real. Strong. Women. of Alpha Chi Omega, Theta Pi Chapter at the University of California, Davis.

Alpha Chi Omega is a group of talented, well-rounded, and fun-loving girls who are dedicated to community service, academic excellence, campus involvement—and still balance having fun and living college life to the fullest with our sisters! The Theta Pi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega is located on the corner of 2nd Street and C Street by Black Bear Diner. We're two blocks from campus and simply a few

feet away from the fun in downtown! Our founders established Alpha Chi Omega in 1885 at DePauw University, Indiana. We represent our founders' beliefs that we would be the "first and last" musical sorority through our symbol and badge of the lyre and pearls. While we are no longer a musical organization, we continue to be motivated young women who strive to make a difference in our friendships, campus, and community. As a DCPA sorority, we participate in Fall Formal Recruitment every September.

“I honestly never pictured myself joining a sorority, but growing up, I would always listen to my mom talk so lovingly about the friendships she made in hers and how those girls are still some of her closest friends today. When I transferred to UC Davis as a sophomore, I was terrified. I was coming to a completely new place where I barely knew anyone, and deep down I just hoped to find people who would truly feel like home.

Growing up with three brothers and no sisters made me cherish female friendships even more, because sisterhood was something I had always longed for. I wanted those late-night talks, the unconditional support, the people who celebrate your happiest moments and stand beside you during the hardest ones too. That’s what led me to Alpha Chi Omega. I didn’t just find friends — I found my best friends, my sisters, and a group of women who made such a big campus feel warm, safe, and full of love. They have truly changed my college experience, and I know these are the kinds of friendships that will stay with me for the rest of my life.”

Alpha Chi Omega Convention 2026 🌹👒

This past weekend, our chapter president Lauren Nobleza had the honor of representing the Theta Pi Chapter at the Alpha Chi Omega Convention in Dallas!!

Convention is an amazing opportunity to connect with chapters across the United States and share our sisterhood with one another. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with inspiring women, learn from incredible leaders, and bring new ideas and inspiration back to our chapter.
