It fosters an environment marked by connected learning and sends forth broadly educated students who are thoroughly prepared for their future endeavors. The College is organized into 18 departments and 10 interdisciplinary program areas. It also sponsors the Fitz Center for Leadership in Community, the Hanley Sustainability Institute, the Human Rights Center, the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives and the Center for Tissue Regeneration and Engineering at Dayton (TREND).
