Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Fall Conference a success. Together, we reaffirmed that Sinclair’s mission is about more than getting students into the workforce. We are dedicated to constructing brighter futures, strengthening our community, and supporting every individual as they pursue meaningful lives.

During the conference, Dr. Steven Johnson, Sinclair’s president, shared how our work and plans extend beyond workforce development. Through dedicated strategies, we help students each day achieve their goals and prepare for careers that make a real difference in the Dayton region.

We look forward to supporting our students and working together to build a stronger Sinclair and a brighter future for the Dayton region.

Sinclair is proud to partner with the Omega Community and the Hope Center to support the Sinclair Rising Leaders Camp, an initiative that empowers youth across the greater Dayton area. Through our Sinclair Promise 2030 initiative, we provide 5th- and 6th-grade students with valuable leadership experiences and encourage a lifelong love of learning. Together, we are helping the next generation of leaders dream bigger and achieve more.

Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Sinclair Community College have joined forces to shape the next era of aviation technology.

This joint effort will focus on developing uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), supporting new ways to deliver medical supplies, advance emergency response, and strengthen connections across our region.

Together, CVG and Sinclair are leading the way for innovation, workforce development, and economic growth in the Ohio River Valley and beyond. The sky is no longer the limit!

Sinclair Community College Expands Aviation Maintenance Program to Meet Rising Industry Demand. We are stepping up to meet the surging need for aviation technicians right here in Dayton. With enrollment up 280%, our Aviation Maintenance Technology program is preparing local students for high-demand, high-wage careers. Our 98% FAA pass rate, hands-on training at Dayton International Airport, and strong industry partnerships are helping students succeed and supporting economic growth in our region.

This expansion is a win for our community, empowering students and strengthening Dayton’s leadership in the aviation industry.
