Hello everyone! Your friendly neighborhood librarian is here with another FAQ post!
This week's question is the following: what is a library database, and what materials do they have?
The answer is a library database is an online collection of curated, published materials across different subjects. The materials are high-quality and peer-reviewed. They include academic journal articles, e-books, magazines, and newspapers. The DSC library offers 80+ databases that can be accessed via our website which is library.daytonastate.edu!
If you ever get stuck accessing the databases, our team of librarians are here to help! Contact us via phone, chat, email, or swing by the library in person for help!
