At UA Cossatot Agriculture, learning doesn’t stop in the classroom — our students get opportunities to travel, explore, and experience agriculture across the United States. 🇺🇸🌾

This summer, our students will be heading to Emigrant, Montana to attend 406 Grazing Academy, where they’ll learn hands-on range and livestock management skills from industry professionals in one of the most beautiful agricultural regions in the country. 🐂🌱

And while we’re there… we’ll also be exploring Yellowstone National Park! 🦬🏔️

From Arkansas to Montana, UA Cossatot Ag students are gaining real-world experiences, building connections, and seeing agriculture on a national scale. We are proud to give our students opportunities that go far beyond the textbook.

UA Cossatot Ag is offering concurrent courses for Fall 2026, giving students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school—a huge head start on their future 🎓

📚 Courses available:
• Animal Science
• Equine Science
• Small Ruminant Management
• Soil Science
• Forestry
• Natural Resources

Whether you're interested in livestock, land management, or natural resources, these hands-on courses are designed to build real-world skills and set you up for success in college or the workforce.

🌷 Tulip Extravaganza Field Trip! 🌷

Our Introduction to Horticulture students enjoyed a beautiful day at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs for the annual Tulip Extravaganza! 🌼🌷🌸

Students explored stunning displays of thousands of blooming tulips while learning about landscape design, plant selection, seasonal color planning, and public garden management. It was a great opportunity to see classroom concepts come to life in a real-world setting!

Experiences like this help our students connect hands-on learning with the beauty and science of horticulture 🌱
