For sometime, there has been a bill that has been proposed throughout the Michigan house/Senate that allows for the supervision requirement for LLP psychologists to be dropped Many times this Bill doesn’t pass both before the end of the year and has to start fresh the next season. However, today the bill has been passed by both the house and the Senate. I am not 100% sure what this legislation explicitly says or any timeline, but I’ll be sure to share information as things come available.
