More than ever, the Labor Movement needs more worker-leaders building solidarity and growing Labor's power in our society.

In November, we'll host our annual Fall Leadership Institute, designed to bring together workers of all types to develop the skills necessary for union and community leadership.

We'll have workshops focused on effective facilitation, mental health, labor law, and more! This conference's instructors come from a wide variety of industries and unions—we're excited to share strategy and build relationships.
