The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in the Hyatt Regency Ballroom in Cincinnati, Ohio.

🇯🇲 Omicron Xi Nu Chartering Oct 8 -12: The Omega Standard in Montego Bay. Resilience, service, celebrations, & a gala. Witness History!

In October 2025, Hurricane Melissa tested the resilience of Montego Bay. In October 2026, the Men of Omega Psi Phi respond by establishing their own sovereign standard of service and perseverance. We are chartering Omicron Xi Nu Chapter; born from resilience, dedicated to our youth and the uplift of our community.
From October 8 –12, 2026, join the Men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. as we officially plant the banner of the Omicron Xi Nu (OXiN) Chapter in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Known as the “Reggae Quez,” our chapter is establishing a presence of leadership, scholarship, and community resilience in Jamaica.

This is not just a weekend, it is a mission-driven immersion into the heart of Jamaica. Following the resilience shown during Hurricane Melissa, we aim to gather 1,000+ brothers, D-9 members, family, friends, supporters, and community leaders to celebrate our formal investiture and pour back into the Montego Bay community.
