Congratulations to Endi Garadian, who passed his prospectus defense yesterday. Endi's doctoral dissertation is entitled "Borrowed Rivers: Financial Aid, Dams, and the Uneven Ecologies of New Order Indonesia, 1967–1998" (Director: Professor Eric Jones).
