The People Behind the Property, Employee of the Month of June

Some kinds of excellence happen quietly, in the hours when most guests are already asleep.
Since the changeover to Agilysys, Emma Lobdell has been working a lot of extra hours to make sure night audit is perfect and everything is recorded as needed. She does it effortlessly, and every guest who crosses her path still gets the same warmth and gracious hospitality The Otesaga Resort Hotel is known for.

That combination, quiet diligence and a genuine smile, is not easy to hold onto during a stretch like this. Emma has held onto both.
