STOP, PAUSE, BREATHE, RESET!!
It's the first of the month!!
Do you reset yourself monthly?
Here are some ideas for a monthly reset.
**Reflection and Goal Setting
-Write down your highs and lows from the past month to learn what worked and what did not.
-Set two or three main focus areas or intentions for the new month.
**Organization and Admin
-Clean out your digital spaces by deleting old phone screenshots, organizing computer files, and clearing your email inbox.
-Pay pending bills, review your budget, and update your savings goals for the upcoming weeks.
-Wash makeup brushes, clean out your purse or wallet, and restock household essentials.
**Self-Care and Wellness
-Schedule your workouts, social plans, and self-care days directly into your calendar.
-Refresh your physical space with a deep clean, fresh bedsheets, and cleared surfaces.
-Plan out meals or grocery restocks to make the upcoming week smoother and less stressful.

Reminder, you can't take care of others until you take care of yourself!
