Why the big smiles? Three of our ACFR personnel just completed a very unique program at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. Chief Clinton Garner, Chief Frank Rotello, and Captain Jason Seitz recently completed the 5 day Public Safety Leadership Development workshop that focuses on enhancing self awareness, leadership, and communication skills. The program was created 16 years ago and has developed over the years to bring together a diverse cross section of first responders to focus on interpersonal relationships in the office, in the field, as well as in their personal lives. Our goal is to send even more of our firefighters to this training over the coming years to give our people the tools and experiences to become even better and more effective public servants!
