The Department of Music at MSU Denver is devastated by the passing of our dear colleague Ron Miles. There is so much to say about his artistry, but even more to say about his humanity. Ron was a beloved teacher, and his attention, compassion, and dedication towards all students (majors, non-majors, beginners, and advanced) affected countless lives in so many different ways. We are so fortunate to have had him as a colleague.

MSU Denver's Opera Theatre, directed by Prof. Gene Roberts, will be presenting Haydn's La canterina. The program begins at 7:30p in the King Center Concert Hall.

Elisa Dean, double-majoring in both voice and piano, will be soloing with our MSU Denver Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr. Brandon Matthews, as the winner of the recent Concerto Competition.
