Graduates who successfully complete the programs are eligible to become RTY (Registered Teacher of Yoga) or Certified Belly Dance Instructors. Yoga Teacher Training – Duration: Self-paced
Time of Study (Yoga teacher training – 320 hour level)
270 hours self-practice.
20 hours class participation.
30 hours 1 on 1.

1. Pranayama (breathing techniques)
3. Mudra and Bandha (Yogic locked)
4. Cleansing process (Kriya)
6. Teaching practice
7. Anatomy (physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.)
8. Physiology of yogic practice
9. Teaching Methodology of different styles of yoga- Patanjali Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power yoga etc.
10. Mantra recitation
11. Seven Chakras and Five Elements.
12. Yoga life style

Course Exam Details:

1) Yoga Theoretical Exam.
2) Oral Exam.
3) Yoga Asana Practical. Upon completion of the course you will be awarded with a certificate, which will be World Yoga Alliance approved and it will be widely accepted as an “ Approved yoga teacher” and can conduct your own yoga training classes & Courses. Fee For Registration:
