As a Denver Cru staff team, we want to give you an update on our end regarding the many health precautions in our country, city, and campuses to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
As it’s been communicated by many experts and leaders who are following the pandemic closely, the next two weeks are very important weeks for stopping the spread of the virus. Our priority in this situation is to keep all staff and students safe. So, in light of this, we will be pausing all official in-person Cru meetings for the next two weeks. This includes weekly meetings, small groups, and socials.
If you are in or are leading a small group/discipleship group, we encourage you to connect over video chat to pray for each other and encourage one another in this time.
Though we will not be having any organized Cru social hangs, if you are wanting to hang out with friends we just ask that you don’t announce it as an official Cru activity and that you stay prudent by staying clean and keeping the group size to a minimum.
Over the next two weeks, our staff team will monitor and plan for what the rest of the semester may look like and think of how best to continue our mission to “go and make disciples” on our campuses.
