Before she was the Head Coach at MSU Denver, Tanya was setting records under the legendary Pat Summitt. She’s joining us to share the leadership lessons that took her from Evergreen High to the rafters of Thompson-Boling Arena. We had a great time this evening for our May Volunteer with the Denver Vols event! We met at the Denver Rescue Mission to help with food service!

Tennessee Day at the Colorado Rockies was a success!! Thanks to all who showed up and purchased tickets supporting our scholarship fund sending Colorado students to University of Tennessee, Knoxville ! 🧡⚾️

Next Stop: Rocky Top! 🍊 
Denver Vols, let’s give our newest freshmen from Colorado a proper send-off before they head to Knoxville! 
Whether you’re a rising freshman, a current student, or a proud Vol family member, join us for our annual Summer Send-off Event. It’s the perfect chance to meet your future classmates, swap stories with current students, and get all your “Rocky Top” questions answered before the fall semester begins. 

* When: Saturday, July 25th | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM MST
* Where: Denver 7 News Building
* 2323 Delgany Street, Denver, CO 80216
* Wear: Your favorite Tennessee orange and white! 
* Parking: There are limited spots in their parking garage. There is also ample street parking around the area.
* What to Expect: We will host a Tennessee Trivia game with prizes and a Vols Bingo to help you get to know your other rising freshman.
* Food/Drinks: We will be offering light refreshments and snacks for our guests. Please eat lunch before you arrive as this venue doesn’t have food service.
* Current Students or Recent UTK Graduates: We would love for you to join us to help rising freshman with information on campus life, majors and minors, Greek life, intramural sports and more!

🔸RSVP: Rising freshman and family members, please message us to RSVP with a headcount and names of each family member who will attend. We want to make sure we have enough swag for each student.
