From Boise, Idaho, to Aurora, Colorado, and soon Washington, D.C., Regis University students are making their mark in the scientific research community. 🧠🔬
This spring, a mix of undergraduate students in Regis' neuroscience and psychology departments represented the University at two conferences: The Rocky Mountain Psychological Association conference in Boise, Idaho, and the Women in STEM conference at the University of Colorado Anschutz in Aurora, Colorado.
Through hands-on research, conference presentations and collaborative lab work, students are gaining real-world experience while building confidence, professional networks and a sense of belonging within the scientific community.
This fall, nine Regis undergraduate students will take their work to the Society for Neuroscience’s annual Neuroscience 2026 conference, the world’s largest neuroscience conference — an exciting and unprecedented opportunity for the university.
These experiences reflect the power of undergraduate research at Regis, where students are supported not only as scholars, but as emerging professionals and future leaders in science.
