Ahlul Bayt Society at Auraria Campus Ahlul Bayt Society (ABSoc) is a tri-institution student organization based in the Auraria campus.

ABSoc aims to endorse peace, unity, and cooperation amongst Muslims and non-Muslims, while serving and ensuring proper representation of the views, concerns, and ideals of the followers of the Holy Quran and the Prophet’s family. In addition, ABSoc aims to cater primarily, although not exclusively, to the needs of the Shi’a students at the university while simultaneously representing their collect

ive voices and persuing their ideas. In addition, ABSoc aims to dispel any myths, misconceptions, stereotypes, and false propaganda against Islam and its teachings. Attention all Coloradans!!!! There is a Pro-Israel rally taking place at the capitol TOMORROW at 2:00 p.m.! We cannot let this rally that has been endorsed by both Colorado congressmen and US companies take place without us being there to let them know that we are in support of Palestinians! Please spread the word for people to be there with their Palestinian flags, signs, and voice!

VOLUNTEERS REQUEST:
Salam Alaikum All...ABSoc will be having a table at Spring Fling on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. If you are on campus and are free between 10am - 3pm, please let us know, or stop by and say Salam :)
We will be having loads of prizes and fun games, in addition to informational brochures on Islam.
