90 students. 10 service projects. One day of making a difference across the Des Moines metro!

As part of the Student Leadership Retreat last Monday, students stepped off campus and into the community, volunteering their time and talents with local organizations. From serving others to strengthening our community, our students showed what leadership looks like in action.

We’re proud of the impact they made and grateful to the organizations who welcomed our Vikings!

Congratulations to our newest Dyslexia Specialist Endorsement graduates - Cohort 3!

After 15 months of dedication and hard work, these educators have completed their coursework and are ready to make a lasting impact in schools and communities across Iowa. Their expertise will directly benefit students with characteristics of dyslexia, helping them access the instruction and support they deserve.

We’re also cheering on Cohort 4, who wrapped up their summer coursework and are preparing to dive into fall classes and their first practicum experience. The momentum is strong, and we are so proud of the difference these future specialists are making!

Please join us in celebrating the incredible accomplishments of Cohort 3 and encouraging Cohort 4 as they continue their journey!
