We are seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor who is passionate about educating the next generation of physician assistants!

Qualifications include:
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program (or related accredited healthcare program)
• NCCPA certified
• Michigan licensed (or eligible)
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience
• Teaching, precepting, or higher education experience preferred

This faculty position includes teaching, student advising, curriculum development, assessment, accreditation activities, and service to our nationally recognized PA program.

Future PAs in action! 💛💚✨

Yesterday, some of our newly minted clinical year students hosted a mini health fair for local 4th graders, teaching important lessons on heart health, emotions, and healthy food and drink choices. From hands-on activities to meaningful conversations, they did an incredible job making health education fun, engaging, and age appropriate.

We’re so proud to see our students already making an impact in the community while inspiring the next generation to care for their minds and bodies! 🩺🍎💛💚

This weekend we proudly celebrated the WSU PAS Class of 2026! Over the past two years, this group has shown determination, resilience, compassion, and a true dedication to patient care. From classroom learning and simulation labs to clinical rotations and patient interactions, they have worked tirelessly to reach this incredible milestone.

We are so proud of the clinicians, leaders, and advocates they have become, and we cannot wait to watch them step into the profession and make a difference in the lives of their patients and communities!
